I very much enjoyed this little book that covered so much territory. "Do you care enough about yourself to delve into the mystery of who you truly are?" is a quote from the Preface; the book is about delving into that mystery, a mystery that the author de-mystifies in simple ways so we can take back our lives and not be bossed by old, largely subconscious baggage. The book is divided into four helpful parts: Creating a Map of Your Belief System, The Body Speaks, Finding Your Way Home, and Call Off the Search-You Are Already There. I have not read many books that are actual workbooks; this is one of those gems where one is guided through "the charts of possibilities". I highly recommend this book if you want to change your life from the inside out.
